Hello!
I'm glad to be a part of this semester's CL CV 201 class.
As way of introduction to the rest of the class, I would like to use 4 epithets that describe me so you can all get to know me a little better.
1. Concept- pondering financier
I am the first to say that I am fairly new to the world of finance, as I just started finance major core classes, but it is something that I am very interested in and thoroughly enjoy learning about. I'm glad to be a part of a major that I am passionate about.
2. Lacrosse- playing athlete
Lacrosse has always been a big part of my life. I started playing when I was 11, and since then have been hooked to the sport and culture. I went to a boarding school in Maryland, so I could continue to cultivate my lacrosse skills, while my family lived overseas. I now play for BYU and happy that I am part of a team and close with a good group of guys.
3. Milkshake- drinking student
I have a sweet- tooth. I'm lucky that BYU has a great creamery and during the day between classes, I love getting a milkshake. Oreo and Graham Canyon are my go to favorites. Milkshakes will always be my favorite dessert. Easy to make at home, yet delicious.
4. Thai food- cooking husband
My wife and I spent most of our upbringing overseas in South East Asia. We both love any sort of Asian food, but Thai food in particular. We enjoy making different curry dishes for dinner, as well as spring rolls, and soup. Provo, also has quite a few good Thai restaurants that we enjoy going to.
I hope that these simple epithets can give you a little insight into some of my interests and background.
Thanks!
